[Lenalee isn't quite as aware of just how much the patrols have increased but, as always, she is being mindful of her surroundings. She's a little out of breath now, having just gotten away from what she believed to be a gang of stray angels, but she is determined to reach her destination; the Resistance HQ.
When she hears footsteps approaching, she slides behind a nearby tree and flattens herself against it. Her Innocence is still activated, so she isn't worried about being caught unaware -- but she is worried about the nagging feeling that she might be leading an angel to headquarters. She wouldn't be able to forgive herself if she put them in danger, not after all of this.
She counts the steps to herself quietly and, when she thinks the person is within a reasonable distance, she vacates her hiding place with the intention of having to protect herself. But wait, this doesn't look like an angel. So, then, who is Lenalee going to run into? Whoever you are, she looks relieved. Whether it be from the sudden burst of adrenaline or her own exhaustion kicking in, she rests her shaky hands against her knees and bows her head.]
