The Story Thus Far:

The Once-ler has successfully freed Martel Yggdrasil from captivity, bringing her to the woods for safety. Martel, afraid of the retribution this might bring, pleaded Once-ler to tell no one that she has escaped. Once-ler then returned to the Resistance, only telling Ino about what had happened. Martel meanwhile traveled the woods alone until she met up with Zack Fair, the now embittered mercenary that's been doing what he can to stay alive and free in this setting.

However it wasn't as though Martel's disappearance went without notice. Mithos noticed his sister's absence and has set out all stops to find her. Whether or not you know of Martel's release, it's hard not to notice the larger number of angels around - even if some appear less than intimidating. Because of this, the small traveling group of Zelos Wilder, Arya Stark and Genis Sage have decided to travel to the mountains to use the stronger winds for safe haven from any lifeless angels until they can stronger.

Meanwhile back in the Resistance, efforts to fight back still persist. The inventors are having struggles in creating better keycrests for their loved ones  that have been transformed into angels. In the less tech part of the Resistance, Tsuna and Allen continued their efforts to revert angels back to their former selves. They were successful in converting Mithos's former assassin Sheena, but due to some mishaps Maladict escaped from their attempts.

Oh and Garry moped.

With all these different teams going on, what will be the next thing to occur? Will things turn in favor to the Resistance, or will it only get worse? Will Garry ever stop moping? Will any of you remember to use the damn journal? Only time will tell...

As for amount of time, while the game is very flexible we'll set it to be still a few days after the staring point of the game cause why not]

Is that it? You're being stupid. [ She jumps to another rock. It's looser, but she manages to retain her balance. ] You're still handsome.

[optimystic]

[Maya is wondering the same thing... So she throws out this helpful probing question]

Are you a werewolf?

[optimystic]

I'll figure out some dramatic music.

[Martel actually laughs at that.] No, I'm not a werewolf.

Someone rescued me from the castle. Mithos has stepped up the patrols to find me and bring me back.

[optimystic]

I know, but I can at least hum something.

[...just side glances at Maya before going on. Sometimes, it's real hard to tell if Maya is more or less sensical than the crazy girl she traveled with before]

Lotta folks been taken from the castle before without a raise in patrols. What makes you so special?

Yeah, what she said. If you're being chased, doesn't that mean you should definitely stick with other people?

[She really hopes you're kidding. But she'll go with it]

I'm Mithos' older sister that he's held captive since he took over. Of course he wants me back unharmed. But he'll probably kill anyone with me. [That's another warning against being seen with her. The older woman seems smart, maybe she'll take the girl and leave.]

[wilder]

[a snort] Well of course I'm handsome, that'll never change.

I just wanna know how my hair looks.

Exactly! I have to give it some serious thought.

Do you have any preferences? I'm leaning towards a 11 Seas theme with a hint of Mission Improbable.

[So that was it huh? Zoe had heard rumors that Mithos had a sister. One that he cared for so much that he kept her locked up safe and tight]

[Zoe is indeed smart, but not really in the way that Martel's hoping]

Don't take offense, but pretty sure your brother will kill us no matter if you're with us or not. Or do what he did to the rest.

You got angel senses?

I'll draw it for you.

[ She jumps down. Finding a patch of dirt, she picks up a stone and draws a rough sketch of Zelos. Most of the detail goes into the hair which she draws in jagged spikes forming an afro around his head. She smiles as sweetly as she can at him. ]

There. Now you can see it.

...Pretty sure we've covered the fact I haven't seen any Earth-that-was things like that.

[optimystic]

And getting turned into angels is even worse than getting killed, if you think about it...

[she tries to say that in the most nonchalant way that she can. The idea freaks her out a lot, but she wants to seem calm so that Martel doesn't worry... After all, this lady can't be going around by herself, that's the worst!

Ooh, and she watches Martel to see what her answer is to Zoe's question]

Oh, right... [boo]

I know we couldn't use it out here, but it's still a bummer that we haven't found a single TV since all this started.

[heal_theworld]

[She wisely ignores the first part because she knows she's right.] Of course I do. I've been an angel since before I came to the Castle.

...Why?

[She nods at Maya]

Neither of us do, we're normal humans. [other than Maya's channeling thing but you know whatever] Been out here awhile, just tryin' to get by.

If the patrol's been made worse like you said, we could use the help so we ain't runnin' blind out here.

[a soft sound]

Or a hot bath, for that matter.

Yeah, you'd be a big help.

Not to mention... three heads are always better than two, I think you should stick with us. It would be safer for all of us.

[he makes a snorting sound]
